We Open with the party leaving Luthias's house. A man name Grady Ganachor directed Malaki to a food stall selling "Bready Garlahc" and Lawrence approached saying that Grady hadn't paid for his son's sword. They had it out, slaps and accusations abound until Grady pulled out his sword, threatening Lawrence. Lawrence retaliated missing as well, but Malaki walloped Grady over the head, killing him. Malaki stole his soul with the ring and successfully hid Grady in a cart without anyone seeing.
Lawrence Purchased 5 additional Humonculi to accompany them, which Barnaby was put in charge of, much to his pleasure.
Malaki went to purchase a new outfit to replace his tattered shawdowfell garb. In addition to a new trench coat and flat brimmed hat, Malaki persuaded Frilla to give him ownership over the store so Frilla could retire, using the name Eagle Stormton.
Yeet ran into his families' butler, Ramsey, who was in Fairhaven doing Business. Yeet explained he needed into the Family Business.
Gus stayed behind for a moment to get the description of the soul channel from Luthias before he left. The Artificers of house Cannith stayed in Farihaven to absorb the research for the warforged, according to Luthias. And the Soul Channel is a cast iron apparatus hanging from the ceiling with two funnels.
They headed out of the city, but were stopped by Norrix Bloodworth, the dragonborn they saved for Gola from the first session. They haggled while discussing the value of Bastle's soul and the treasure they were finding. 500gp was Norrix's last offer before walking away saying "We'll see when you get back"
They made the 3 hour trek to the waterfall, hoping off their horses. They chose the more difficult path under the cover of the waterfall to avoid being sighted by the sentries. All of the homunculi died climbing up the cliff because Sean couldn't roll above a 13 for them.
The party handily climbed up most of the mountain before struggling with the last climb, especially with Malaki Misty stepping on the last two climbs. Seeing his friends struggle, Yeet walked to the ledge outside the waterfall, climbing it easily. All 8 drones that were patrolling the skies, downing Yeet with their acid attacks before self-destructing.
They went on to explore the rest of the facility after picking Yeet up. They found a secret blueprint indicating there was a hidden cave behind the waterfall. Thet went to it and Yeet used the arcane eye to look behind the waterfall finding a wooden support beam.
Lawrence wandered off to the north side of the facility finding a warforged laying underneath the soul channel they were looking for, but the warforged came to life.
